I do not like this place. All they do is super hot inferno yoga. If you don't want to pass out from hyperthermia, don't go here. Also, the instructors don't do yoga with you most of the time. They rapidly run through the yoga positions with timing that doesn't make any sense. I think some of these people are new and don't know what they are doing. You are better off going somewhere else if you want decent yoga classes.
