SCBS recently removed the popcorn ceiling - that contained asbestos - from a house we just purchased. They did a marvelous job. Since we were still living in another state we appreciated how well they communicated with us, the competitiveness of their bid, and the job they did. They left the house clean and the drywall in the ceiling (where they scraped off the popcorn texture,) in great shape. We are very pleased to recommend this firm.

Extremely satisfied. I had SCBS remove vinyl tile containing asbestos, under ceramic floors. We were not prepared to remove the entirety of the flooring on this remodel project. Ken came out to provide a bid and provided thoughtful recommendations on how to best approach the project within our plans. After watching one too many HGTV episodes, I was terrified of what the unexpected cost would be for an abatement. However, I found that the cost to remove the flooring safely and correctly was not all that much more than paying for standard removal. The crew was very friendly and professional. Without hesitation, I’ll have them back out to finish the remainder.
