I've been working in Sam's studio coming up on my 11th year. When I came to Sam's Studio I had chronic back pain I could barely bend down to pick up my dog's bowls, ride my horse or work on my ranch. Through our work together and keeping on a regular routine I have been able to live a centered, creative and fully functional life. Sam is my body mechanic with an uncanny ability to read my body and know what keeps me aligned and functioning smoothly. Every work out is freshly tailored, far from a formulaic approach, so as to keep me able to do every aspect of my life pain free.
