Robert with Russett Southwest was here today to do testing on AC unit for the TEP rebate program. He was professional and informative providing a wealth of knowledge about our new heating and cooling system. He went above and beyond by repairing some stucco which was damaged on installation. He then painted the stucco repair and the chipped paint on the spouting. This was some issues that we made Russett aware of and sent pictures of the of the damage not expecting them to do the repairs. Russett should be extremely proud of this 5 star employee representing the good name of the company. We will continue to use Russett in the future based on Robert's work ethics.

Thank you to russett Southwest for the very affordable new package unit I purchased everybody was great at the company but let me tell you Aaron Garza was the best lead installer very clean and professional work I will highly recommend russet and their professional employees

Marina P. came out to my house on a service call, she was very nice, professional and welcoming. She walked in and was able to tell immediately what the issue was! She fixed the issue and completed the AC service. I would like to have her as my permanent service tech. Kudos to her! Very nice to see a woman on the job!
