I have to add this was one of my most pleasant experiences with Rite Way, their service tech, Michael Ostrosky, was very detailed, analytical approach and thorough. Each step of the way he indicated what will be done, inspected, and timelines. He took pictures and not only provided a summary for each photo or possible current and future concern, but proactive approach as to the why's. He did notice a few maintenace concerns that need to be done and listed by priority and breakdown in price, given the fact my heat pump needed a contactor replacement (it was getting burned out), he had the part with him and he replaced it. Had to give another great shout out to Thomas Boscia of Rite Way who came out to installed an outlet for our tankless water heater, he was thorough, efficient and cleaned up the area very nicely when complete. I gotta say, with the last 4 visits that I have had each time the professionalism was top notch, the communication was excellent and the end products were superb. I have been a customer with this company for many years now and I have not once had a bad experience, this is a company I can trust.
Excellent same day service for a clogged sewer. Sewer Service Techs Zachary Graves and Brandon Brown-Mirr were professional, courteous, personable, worked expeditiously, and approached the problem in a manner to minimize the cost. Zachary was very knowledgeable and offered valuable information to avoid further issue. He informed me of the cost range before getting my permission to proceed with the work. I would definitely contact RiteWay again and highly recommend their sewer services.
