I love Rincon FBBC!! Immediately you noticed the awesome energy & a welcoming, positive atmosphere from day 1, not only from the coaches but from the members as well! The majority of sessions are 30 minutes long & always unique. The coaches are great about showing multiple options when demonstrating exercises, from beginner to more advanced versions of the same exercise, including low impact versions. They go around the room during a session to check to ensure proper technique, give encouragement, or to push you a little when they know you are ready to be challenged a little more. Rincon FBBC is also great about their outreach via email, social media, texts and even calls if they’re concerned about not seeing you there for a while. They also provide nutrition guidance, so it’s a well rounded experience, not just about exercise. They truly care about your overall fitness! If you are hesitant at all about joining, just give one session a try and I promise you will be as hooked as I was!!
