We had a sliding glass door replaced on our home and could not be happier with the result. Our sales representative, Jorge Padilla, was absolutely amazing. He spent a good deal of time talking with us about the benefits of purchasing from Renewable by Andersen and about the installation process and the warranty guarantees. This young man was so professional and proud of the product he represents. We have had many contractors work on our home and this was our best experience and I attribute much of that to Jorge.
Just wanted to say how excited we are about getting our new sliding glass doors installed soon. We didn’t know who to use and I had seen some advertisement on Renewal by Anderson windows. We made an appointment and had Johnny Gompf come to our home to show us what he had. They were beautiful sliding doors, but we thought they were more than we wanted to pay. Johnny worked with us and we got it down to a price that worked for us and we were sold on the doors. He gave us a lot of information and was super easy to talk to. Now, we’re just waiting for the doors to be finished and installed next month.
