I have been using Preferred Homecare since I began using a CPAP in 2007. Today I asked my doctor if she could recommend another company. They continually lose information so that when I ask for a refill of supplies I have to call a different number and ask them to fax my provider (should be automatic, no?) The number I get directed to has a long wait time, and then I get dropped, and have to call and wait again. My doctor's office complains that they fax information multiple times, yet PHC never seems to have the information they need when I call. Whenever I think that their service could get no more worse, they prove me wrong.

Just tried to pick up a CPAP machine prescribed and ordered by my husband’s pulmonologist. Waited over a week for it to be shipped which is fine. But then we show up today for the class and to get the machine. “Oh sorry, we ran out of machines - we’ll have to reschedule.” How can that happen with something that is prescribed specifically for a person? “It’s first come first served.” Doesn’t make sense. They didn’t call this morning to cancel so we drove an hour for nothing. Really hope we can get the CPAP from another source. This place is not reliable.

Called Sunday Morning for a new oxygen concentrator I use at night and I live a long ways from there facility and within 5 hrs I had a new concentrator....Thank You Preferred HomeCare Great Job and Great Driver!!!!! Couldn't ask for better, keep up the Great Work!!!
