After a different company couldn't come out that day and Mr Pack Rat told us there's no way it could be a rat and to call someone else, Pest friends was able to come out within an hour of my call to get a live rat out of our toilet. He said he's never seen this before but he did a great job and it went very smoothly! I was really unnerved but he did a good inspection and left rat traps so I feel a lot better. I would definitely recommend this company they are very professional and helpful.

So far so good. Solomon came by to inspect for Black Widows and found a bunch of sacks in our cellar. Hopefully they will be able to get rid of them. He was prompt and professional. Scheduling was easy and all around great to work with!

I’ve been using Pest Friends for the last three months. My tech, Rick is amazing. He cares about your home like it’s his own. I have seen a huge reduction in the pest problem I was having. He helped me zero in on where the problem area is and address it in a permanent way. Now, it’s just all about maintenance. Can’t thank Rick and Pest Friends enough.
