We had our 3 year septic service today. Our serviceman, Billy, was prompt, professional and courteous. He replaced our rusted access plate and did a thorough job pumping and washing the tank. He highly suggested and provided us with a gallon of monthly treatment to improve the sludge breakdown. His photos were proof of a job well done! We do not take our septic for granted and know the importance of keeping it serviced. Thanks Billy!!

Highly recommended as they were on time for our appointment. We were selling our house northwest of Tucson...between Oracle Junction and Florence. Did the required septic inspection and pumped the tanks. Explained all the parts and how well the septic was performing. We called to have our septic tank pumped on Wednesday and got an appointment on Friday morning. Andrew arrived at the promised time, driving a clean new truck. He explained what he was going to do to accommodate pumping our tank that was more than 100' away from, and about 15' lower than, his truck. He pumped the tank, cleaned the leech line filter, remarked and reburied the tank accesses, and answered all our questions about how to keep our system functioning well. There was no mess, no clean-up needed, and almost no odor. We're very happy with Andrew and Old Pueblo Septic and will use them for all of our septic system maintenance in the future.
