John was a savior! I called last minute for a soak off and new set. I generally get an acrylic overlay on top of my natural nail. I didn’t have time before leaving for vacation to go to my regular person, and my natural nail was separating from my acrylics allowing moisture in. John squeezed me in and was very patient and kind throughout the process. Despite my natural nails breaking, he was able to file and shape them so that I didn’t have to get tips.
