On time and very knowledgeable. Did not try to BS or up sale me. The tech was very nice and worked his butt off in 100 degree heat to get my AC back on line. I would definitely use these guys again.
Very professional. We received a quote the next day after contacting Rick....the price for our new unit was beyond reasonable...He came out the next day and we accepted his quote and our new unit was installed within just a few days! The crane and workers arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Rick was easy to communicate with....we are extremely happy with our unit and the service we received. I highly recommend them!
