So I just wanna start off with that I am not leaving this review as my personal experience, but I am leaving this review in behalf of my grandmother who cannot speak English. I sent my grandma in to have a facial That was supposed to be mine, and I’m so happy I did. My grandmother is in her very early 70’s and this was the first facial she has ever received in her life. It was a 90 minute facial. As soon as her facial was finished, she gave me a phone call and She couldn’t stop talking about how nice ellie was. Let me explain something, each stylist is individually working for themselves and just happen to work at this salon. I went to someone three times and each time left unhappy, the third I was left with a complete mess. A color correction that 5 different people quoted me 400 or more. The stylist had blocked me and I was completely shattered. I decided to reach out to the owner at this point. When I tell you she apologized and completely fixed my hair, she's a god send! She fixed a mess that was not hers and did a hell of a job! She gave me exactly what my reference photo was to begin with. I made a same day appointment and when I got there, the person who I was scheduled with was not available. Another stylist. Melissa, stepped in and offered to give me a cut. She did a great job and was very attentive to what I wanted. I really appreciate that she was available and stepped in so that I didn't have to wait longer.
