I replaced my previous cleaning service with MaidPro and they’ve done a great job and have provided a consistent level of clean in my house for the last few months. Shayla is rated 5+ stars! Performs an exceptional job every time she cleans our home. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our home is evident when service completed. We have four large Italian mastiffs that enjoy seeing Shayla and treat her like family.The 3-star rating results from repeated inconsistencies with MaidPro services. We understand the same team members are not guaranteed. However, the standard 49-point checklist cleaning is guaranteed. Yet multiple occasions we contact the office proving constructive feedback of suboptimal services. We stuck with MaidPro for over a year.
