Last week Dave from J&J Chem-Dry cleaned our carpets, He arrived right on time & I showed him the 3 areas we needed to have cleaned. But when he saw that 2 other areas could used a little touching up he told me he'd take care of those small areas at no extra charge. I was so pleased with the very conscientious job he did. Dave was prersonable & professional & did an above & beyond carpet cleaning for us. I have used the Chem-Dry method for years & will continue to use J&J only. Thanks J&J & Dave.

If you're looking for honest, reliable, quality, and modestly priced service, J&J is simply the best! They went above and beyond! When I called to schedule an appointment they were overly helpful, they came on time (early, actually!), and did quick and efficient work. They were very thorough and the job they did was fantastic. They cleaned our carpet on the last day of our lease, and when our crummy property management tried to stick us with a carpet cleaning fee because there was some leftover debris, J&J offered to go back the very afternoon I called and do a touch-up job absolutely for free! when i called to schedule an apointment a lady answered and was a pleasure to converse with. I was given a time frame,day and the name of the tech.and would be called prior to arrival-it all happened.the tech.bret, was very friendlyand got right to workand in less than an hour the carpets were cleaned.these are the kind of people i like to deal with as a lot of people in this town are not what the prepose to be.
