I'm very happy with my new water softener and conditioner. Marty our plumber from Intelligent Design did exemplary work on the installation of our new appliance and he removed the old broken down and leaking water softener cleaning up as he went. Due to Marty's help, we got the installation done the day after the old softener broke down! I'm impressed with the reliability and follow through that Intelligent Design does no matter if it's HVAC, electric or plumbing. Marty was wonderful. Finally an honest ac repair man! Had three others out before him, non really fixed or addressed the underlying issues. I have an older system, he described everything and laid out a couple of options. Very knowledgeable and an excellent trouble shooter. If the rest of the techs at intelligent design are like him, they have a great company.
