There is no better pool company in town, they have the best staff with 40 years of experience and performed an extremely challenging fix/repair job that another pool company botched- big time. We cannot tell you how hard these guys worked to bore under the decking into the pool and spa to give more circulation. They were beyond amazing and professional, and came on time every day, always left a clean construction site, never complained at the obstacles, their price is good, and they finished in a reasonable time frame. They care about their quality of work and really take pride in it. They take the time to explain everything. And I hope Jerry and Dave NEVER retired because I'm never referring to anyone else. if anyone has questions I would be happy to reply.

Dave and his team were so helpful when we purchased a new home with a pool and needed repairs. Incredibly thorough, finished on time and at a fair price. Also took the time to answer questions and explain quite a bit - which required patience on their part because I know very little about pools. Incredibly knowledgeable and seem to care a lot about doing a good job. Highly, highly recommend.

I bought a house that had been completely renovated... on the inside. The outside needed some work. This included the pool. I did a little bit of research for places online and there is not a lot of help. But, I came across Integra Pools, and Jim was more than happy to help me out. He gave me a full pool inspection as well as a list of things that needed to be completed to get the pool up to working order. In addition he gave me upgrade options and add-ons that I had asked about. As far as pricing I believe he is in the range of most companies like this. I did get some quotes from other people on some of the items and he was the same or cheaper, on others he was higher. So it was kind of a wash. He was very quick and responsive and was able to communicate with me through email, which was a huge help for me. When we came to an agreement on everything I would get done, he was very thorough and timely. In addition, when all was said in done he came over and did a Pool Owner 101 for me. I had no idea about anything and he was super helpful and walked me through it all. He also, helped me out when the motor broke when I was out of town for a funeral. I know the company also offers cleaning/chemical service, but I have only used him for his repair/ construction services.
