Suffice to say that Jim is the ONLY handyman person we will ever use. He is an utter professional, takes him time, and truly explains everything in every day language. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and does amazing work. His quotes are totally reasonable and better than most out there. And, this is a BIG POSITIVE, he actually shows up and is on time. That may not seem like a big deal, but we have found that basically EVERY person we've hired for roofing, handyman work, plumbing, etc., is almost impossible to get to do their job. Jim is truly a professional in every respect. He was recommended to us and we have used him a few times. We had some ideas on work needed to be done that he could not do. He got out his phone contacts and gave us the names and numbers of people that could do the work. Very Very pleased with him.
