We have been clients of Hill and Hill for over 15 years. Each year a newsletter about tax law changes and a list of needed/recommended documents is sent out so I always know what to bring to our appointment. We don't live local and they always easy to work with when I have to send in documents or ask for more information.

After 2 in person appointment's I filed my taxes with this company in February. I then received a letter in the mail stating my return has been processed with the balance I should be receiving. After 2 months of no money and no update given to me I contacted the hill and hill and was given the run around again them claiming that they needed more info to process my return. I provided them with the info and wait another 3 weeks and again NO UPDATES I call back just to get hung up on with the lady claiming over the phone "this isn't easy" witch is not my problem she was extremely rude and unprofessional she didn't get me anywhere and should most definitely not be working...read full review

This business does not treat there clients with respect. They waiting for the tax deadline date (today) to tell me they couldn't process my return(Of course you can't this is the LAST day to file) Due to not having enough information. As a business they should have been more responsible and conacted me directly if that was the case. mind you I did make's 3 trips to the office with information. Super unprofessional I would not recommend anyone trusting this hill and hill information or to file on there be half.
