We have lived in a 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Hazen Townhome for just over 8 years and recommend them without reservation! However, the Hazen people, whether in the office or in the field, are the outstanding feature. We have been well cared for and as a result, we enjoy our home here in Midtown.

I would highly recommend Hazen as a landlord to anyone. We lived in one of their townhomes for ~ 4.5 years and always appreciated the prompt (either same- or next-day) response to any issues we had in our unit. The rent was well-priced given the layout, space, and size of yard, and especially so given the kind, prompt, and effective service they always provided. An added bonus for us was an intangible: we came to love the layout of our townhome complex because it allowed us to get to know our neighbors due to the spatial arrangement of the units. It was like a neighborhood within our neighborhood (which is nice because Tucson doesn't have any dependable sidewalks!)

I have been a Hazen Enterprises' tenant now for 10 years: 10 years during which I was NEVER dissatisfied with them! On the contrary! Whenever anything in the townhome went wrong, someone would be sent out to repair what needed attention immediately if pressing and, if not pressing, within the day unless I indicated that there was no rush in which case the longest I ever had to wait was two days. I have experienced landlords who made me wait for a repair for as long as three weeks!
