Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. I had a technician out and my issue resolved within 24 hours. Chris is great and so was the young man who came with him. It was a very stressful situation, since my husband is out of town, but I felt very well taken care of and I appreciate it.

I have been using Evans Cool Solutions for awhile. They installed my AC years ago. They were recommended at that time by another AC company whose owner was retiring. I use them yearly for a maintenance checkup and have referred them to friends. I find Evans trustworthy.

Amanda got us scheduled for the inspection within the time frame that we needed and the technician, Chris, did a great job and was very professional, informative and was great with my real estate client explaining everything to them. We will call on them again!!
