“Oh my word !!! The best experience!! My neighborhood dry cleaners closed. I took several items to Shaffer. I was greeted as soon as I entered the shop. The lady that was assisting me was VERY helpful and friendly.. she noticed several spots on a shirt my son was to wear to a funeral .. and told me what was best for the other items that I needed to be cleaned. I had not noticed these spots. I picked up the items today and was anxious about the white shirt. It looks fantastic!! “There was this one time I needed to fix the zipper on a snow jacket this was on a Thursday and we had plans to leave Friday afternoon to the Polar Express which happened to be snowing. I didn't realize the zipper was broken till that Thursday. I went to like 6 main stores in town and the cheapest jacket was 200.00 and they were not even thick like our was. When I got there I told them what had happened and how important/urgent it was to get it fixed. They fixed it by the next day Friday morning. Ever since that day I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only that they're prices are reasonable. KUDDOS! Keep up the GREAT! service you give to your customers .“

“I brought my Uggs here, with trepidation. I had dropped some oily food on one of them, created a LARGE stain (about a 2 inch circle) and I was really worried it would not come out. I left the boots with them, and they did a great job. I can't there was ever a stain on them. I wish I had before and after pics but I am posting the after because as you can see, it came out. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the boots were not ready on time. I drove all the way over there and they told me that I had to come back in a couple of days, they had been backed up from the holiday. Still worth it, still would go back. Friendly people, GREAT job with Uggs.“
