Long overdo review here! I own an attorney services firm I founded 35 years ago; I know customer service! Discount Locksmith was contacted shortly before the Christmas holiday for a last minute rush job for a client. Justin had no problem adding me to his schedule! I called to confirm two days before the appointment and everything was on track. Justin was polite and professional while we changed locks on two occupied rental apartments. I recommend Discount Locksmith and will call on him again!

Needed locks changed right away. The service was great. They answered the call immediately and the technician called me back quickly with the information for pricing and arrival time. The technician came within the estimated timeframe (20 minutes) and changed the locks quickly and at a very reasonable price for the peace of mind I needed. I would use them again if needed and I will recommend to others.

Tyler the tech arrived and had me back into my car in no time at all. He is a professional and provides great customer service as well.The company however quoted a price and didn’t explain that, that just initial fee and then, the price was raised by $50. Be careful who you use.
