totally amazing. sick dog on Wednesday, threw up 2 times and diarrhea on my oriental carpet. called them on Thur and they were unable to come until Friday. Told me to leave it as is and I did.stain is completely gone and no odor at all. Have also used them to refinish my saltolo tile and was so pleased. Very fair pricing and amazing service.
