Tucson peeps!!! A few weeks ago I got the opportunity to have Desert star air conditioning come to my home and replace our ac unit! We have had amazing night sleeps and comfortable days during this heat wave. Fernan Salazar has the best employees and they are very knowledgeable on what they do! Customer service goes a long way and they got it! I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I had called Desert Star earlier because I realized the AC temperature wasn’t holding and they were able to schedule me for the next day (thank god it wasn’t going to be a week). Our AC then decided to fully give out and the house got up to 87 degrees on a 106 degree day. Felipe was the tech that was sent out to us. He was great! He called as soon as he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. Very friendly and nice, he was also very nice to our kitty. He was able to get our AC working within 20 minutes! So grateful to Felipe and Desert Star Air Conditioning and Plumbing. My mother recommended Desert Star to me and I will for sure be recommending them and especially Felipe to my friends. Thank you Felipe and Desert Star.
