I'm an employee of Dependable Nurses for 5 yrs now. I was in shock to find out that this company recieved money from the state of Arizona to give to some of their employees and thank the Lord I was one of them. It wasn't like $10,$20 or even $500....it was definitely more! I was so blessed beyond measures. Now the company could of kept it and stayed quiet about and no one would of known.....BUT NO they actually did it out. I'm still seriously shocked!! I thought it was an accident to see that money deposited into my checking account. I called my work and they said no it's mine to keep I started to cry. I'm 48yrs old and I have worked since I was 14yrs old and that was the 1st time that has ever happened to me!! No joke!! So Dependable Nursing actually does care about the employees as they do their clients!! Thank you Dependable Nursing!! I seriously can't Thank you enough!!?❤? I've worked at Dependable for years and have worked with some truly incredible people. Dependable serves the community above all else which has made it easy to continue working here through out the years. I've had several family members and friends who have received our service and were very pleased with the results. Dependable also offers hospice care now and our hospice team is unbelievable caring. If you ever need home health, care giving or hospice, I'd recommend Dependable.

After being cut off without notice by Haven Home Health (due to insurance issues....not sure who is to blame, but others had this happen, as well) I was caught between a rock and a hard place, and thought it would take a few weeks before we could find a new service. I called Dependable one day, and 2 days later someone was in my home to provide services to my brother. Rebecca came out and not only did the intake paperwork, but also the catheter change. The following week on a Saturday the cath was blocked, and I could not unblock it. With Haven I would have had to wait til Monday, however, Ruth came and after 20 min was able to unblock it! I was quite impressed. The only reason I did not give a 5 is bc we just started with their services. I pray it only gets better! They started out high! THANK YOU!
