Marc is a misleading time-waster. He assured me Copper Canyon was flexible and very willing to meet the unique needs of any business and understood the needs of my business. He also said his fee varies depending on what those needs are, which confirms what is written above. Then he had me fill out a bunch of different, fairly involved, time-consuming forms. For weeks I thought I had a new accountant! Next I explained a unique circumstance of my business and he responded with: " I've spent about 4 years developing our Business Concierge Program, implementing it, and converting clients over. It just wouldn't be prudent for me, after all the effort we've put in, to go back to accepting work outside of the programs criteria."

We researched who would be a good option for our taxes before our move to Tucson and we wanted to try Marc out. Taxes done while trying to buy a house and move across the country... after we're settled we realize the numbers for my income don't add up. I made more than I ever have before for my small business so something was miscalculated which caused me to owe quite a bit of money. We tried to contact Marc to see about re-filing and figuring out where the error had come from since we keep very detailed records. One month... and no response after multiple attempts.
