5 years ago I was interested in buying  a home. Totally unaware of the challenges I'd face with new construction or old. Thanks to Del Sutton, I ended up buying a NEW 3 bedroom 3 bath, loft with just a few hundred dollars down and built, from the ground up home. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Del just managed a very challenging home purchase for my family and throughout the process Del communicated with respect and love. He was in constant communication and we knew exactly what the status was at all times. He managed the other people with respect and dignity and was able to resolve some issues with a win win outcome. If you are looking for a Realtor that will walk the talk then Del is your Man.
