“Great experience, I originally signed up for a clean and seal but they explained to me that the previous owner or builder used a color sealer so the light colored grout I was hoping would show wasn't going to happen and I'd see differences where the color wore off and the og grout showed through.

I still went through with the cleaning and it made a ton of difference, I then went over with a new colored sealer I got from Lowes. Love how it turned out and I felt good about sealing the CLEAN grout and not sealing in years of dirt haha. I paid $135 for almost 450 sq feet and I felt it was a good value! I'd use them again.“

“These two brothers made a great work for our house floor tile. They covered mexican kind tile with special solution 3 times. We didn't ask them to move furniture, but they did it and put "stain" everywhere. Now our tile is clean and shiny. Was on time and their price was very reasonable.
