I've been a patient in the CareMore system for going on two years. When I first went there, I had doubts about the quality of the staff and doctors. In the last several months I've experienced a wonderful level of caring and service from doctors and staff. I just got off the phone with Alicia who helped me with referrals and an Rx refill. She was patient and went to lengths to figure out which doctor in which location would covered by my insurance and closest to my home. She was great. This year Dr. Michael Groshner became my primary care physician. This guy is great. He is focused, funny, smart, and caring. He immediately set about pulling together the strands of my health care and helping me make sure that my care would be coordinated between my providers with his primary care at the center. I've named only two people, but without fail, the folks at CareMore are doing a great job. Thank you!
