“On Saturday the 28th I finally was able to visit Detail Garage. As I parked I saw the associate lock the door and post a sign on the door . I decided to go to Ding Tea next door(The BOBA IS AMAZING THERE) . I walked back around 30 min later and was greeted and attended by the store manager, Andre. He took the time to help educate me on products I had questions on and how to use them. Also, He took the time to look at my vehicle and give me suggestions of what products to use and how to apply them.
It was definitely an amazing experience. The store is well organized and clean with definitely 5 ????? service. That is the reason I'm coming back this Friday to buy everything we spoke about! ***The only issue was the store temperature was 92 ° ??? inside with a huge fan!!! He was very apologetic about having to close for a short time. However, with his shirt drenched in sweat and the poor guy sweating profusely I don't blame him at all.

I normally wouldn't have put this much in a review like the heat and his sweating. However, the person that reviewed it before me and posting a picture of the door sign doesn't have the right idea of the employees working there. Honestly, it sounds like he found something to complain about and probably just wants something free or a big discount. SMH! For corporate knowledge Andre is great and the store was closed for maybe 30/35 minutes. Please give the complainer his 5% off so he feels special so he can stop judging great employees without knowing what's happening.“

“Mike “Alexander” was very prompt in his reply to my inquiry of service needed - this was a huge plus to start with as most other places don’t call you back in a reasonable period of time. Mike was very professional, answered my questions concerning type of service, wax/protectant being used. Mike was in communication with me the day of my detail work and notified me of a cancellation to get my vehicle in sooner than expected. Upon arrival, Mike immediately started to work. When I picked up my vehicle, it was beautiful, super job, deep shine!! Wheel wells were clean, door jams deep cleaned, nothing left to complain about! I will be referring family and friends to Mike, not to mention I will be returning with my other vehicles.“
