For some reason the rain decided bring the outdoor bugs inside to stay with me. I decided this was a bad idea. So I called Burns. They came out the next day and do whatever bug guys do.Well, the bugs didn't like it. They came even more and decided that I was to live with them. I didn't like that idea since they didn't pay rent to call Burns again after 2 days.So the bug guys came again and did whatever bug guys do. Again they left and the bugs came back! This time I have bodies everywhere. I come home and move them out. Now I don't see them after 2 weeks but I know that they are just waiting......I think I will keep these guys.

We had our first service today. The technician (Ben) was polite, comprehensive in his service, the interior and exterior work was inconspicuous, and he was very efficient. A very high standard of professionalism!

This review is for Lisa, we were hearing sounds in the ceiling and she came out the same day I called. She figured out the problem almost immediately and gave me great advice!!! She was so nice and knowledgable. I had a bad experience with another company so I'm glad I found Burns
