Had a high water bill and suspected leak - he was kind enough to talk me through potential troubleshooting and fixes over the phone. Will have my business for any future needs for sure.

Needed my hot water fixed, called them Saturday, due to the weekend and holiday would have been insanely expensive so we decided to wait till Tuesday. Robert the owner was honest, gave his advice and showed up first thing Tuesday morning! They were on so friendly, efficient, honest and would happily refer them to any friend or family member!

When I talked with Robert on the phone, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me instructions over the phone to try to help me drain our water heater. Ultimately, he quoted us a very reasonable price for a new water heater. Had I not already put down a deposit with a different company, I would have hired him.
