The mitigation manager Brandon and Mitigation specialist Jeremiah were incredible! Brandon kept in touch with me every step of the way informing me of everything going on and what to expect. Jeremiah went above and beyond even showing up at my property on the weekend with gis daughter just to check on my property and called me immediately when the door was wide open (was having problems with the latch) which made me realize how caring and professional this company is. I have been quite pleased with the team at Betterway Services for the restoration and mitigation work needed to restore the damage to my home that occurred during a microcosm as part of a monsoon. BWS either directly performed the services or arranged for and managed the subcontracted work as needed including: water and mold abatement, asbestos removal, roof replacement, ceiling and window replacement, drywall repair, and repair of brickwall and other structural damage. I was fortunate to be stewarded by Better Way Services through a 6-month grueling house renovation -- by both Brandon and the Better Way crew directly, and by hazard specialists hired for asbestos removal. To prepare, Billy methodically removed ALL kitchen cabinets and appliances (!!), storing them in adjacent rooms. They lingered after the entire restoration project was completed to see that smallest details were attended to, utilizing custom creative talents best suited for my 40s era hand-made house.
