    My personal trainers at Better Bodies, first Evan and now Steve, have helped me enormously. First, I’d probably stop going to the gym regularly without a personal trainer, a pattern I followed three or four times before I moved to Tucson. Since I joined Better Bodies in March, 2010, I’ve had sessions with my trainer three times a week followed by cardio exercise. I am in far better health than I could have imagined had I not become a member. In addition, my trainers are extremely knowledgeable about exercise for older clients (I’ll be 70 next July) and about how to co-ordinate personal training with the physical therapy I’ve had to have as a result of chronic back pain and a broken shoulder blade I suffered in 2011. If you are serious about “getting in shape” and having the exercise to stay healthy, I strongly recommend that you pay the money to get and keep a knowledgeable personal trainer. At Better Bodies, it will be money very well spent!
