BELFOR Property Restoration

During a particularly harsh monsoon storm, our roof was ripped apart. The roof smashed two skylights and dislodged the venting system scattering it throughout our property. We immediately called our insurance provider who recommended Belfor Restoration.This was our first foray dealing with insurance and contractors.Belfor representatives, Gary and Thomas, came to assess the damage. Belfor was a great company to work with. All of there contractors did great work. They were thorough and worked hard to finish our project as quickly as they could. Kimberley was amazing, keeping us informed along the way, and working hard to get us what we wanted. When we did not like something, she was very quick to rectify the problem in a timely manner. (Posting for Trish Downer) A leaking pipe inside an interior wall damaged the drywall, new flooring, and carpet in three rooms of our house. Although there was a delay in getting the restoration phase started, I am giving 5 stars for the outstanding quality of the work done by Derrick and his partner Raul. They gave careful attention to detail, consulted with us, and kept us well informed at every step so that were were confident our house was in good hands. They were a pleasure to work with, punctual, cordial, and very thoughtful about our comfort while their work was going on each day. The house looks great!
