BeeMaster Inc was founded in 1993 by Dr. Steven Thoenes. Around that time, angst about "Killer Bees" was on the rise in the Southwest. Steve saw a twofold opportunity: First, to provide protection for people through the use of technology he developed while working at the USDA and, second, to provide much needed education about the real dangers associated with Africanized Honey Bees to balance the hype often presented in the media. Since then, Dr. Thoenes has performed thousands of high-quality swarm re-locations & nest removals throughout Arizona. BeeMaster is now the now one of the oldest bee removal companies providing high quality products along with reasonably priced services to protect people from the invasive Africanized Honey Bee.
