Very good experience having casita built. On time and within budget. Anthony certainly knows his stuff and worked with us to not only make changes along the way but make suggestions when asked. His entire team was very helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Bear Down Builders recently completed a total remodel for us on our 1924 Blenman-Elm home. It not only needed to be completely updated with all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation etc. but we also added 2 full baths and a new kitchen and garage. The result was a seamless blend of the old home with the new addition and which managed to retain the charm of the original design. Anthony was great to work with, easy to communicate with, and very responsive. He was mindful of our budget and several times offered suggestions or alternatives on how we could save money on the project or improve the design without adding much extra cost. We hired Bear Down Builders to build a casita on our property. Anthony and his crew were professional and experienced. We were given a bid and that’s what we paid to the penny. The high quality of craftsmanship shines throughout our casita. Anthony was responsive from start to finish and we are so happy with it!
