I really appreciated the timely service. I did not have to wait long to be seen and the staff were all exceptionally attentive to my questions. Coming in to my first appointment with an open mind and having done my research on weight loss surgeries I think also made a difference in the success of my appointment so that I was well versed in what to expect and what questions to ask.

Everyone in the office was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling hopeful about having the procedure. I really enjoyed talking with Dr. Ho; she made sure I understood everything.
