Everyone here seems truly invested in helping you feel better. They work as a team, and everyone is friendly both professionally and personally. It’s a very comfortable environment which is what you need when you are recovering. They are right on top of keeping everything clean and safe.
This is my second time coming to Athletico for pelvic floor PT (due to baby #2). Paul was so helpful in my recovery plan and getting me back on track. Appointments were easy to get and I could bring my baby in with me. I highly recommend them for PT.
Not sure what I did to Susanna to deserve to be treated with such contempt and disrespect when I have been going to this location for nearly a year. Everyone else I've had interactions with have been incredibly helpful and supportive, and it's really unfortunate that she could not conduct herself professionally long enough to assist with confirming and rescheduling my appointments. I'm done with the attitude and taking my business elsewhere.
