The whole staff is very kind they always greet you and are very professional when you're there and over the phone. I have been coming here to do my taxes for a couple years now and I have never had a problem with Alvaro and his staff. If he is not available, he will give you a call back, or if you wait in their area, he will get to you as soon as he's done with the customer, he's with. I highly recommend getting your taxes done with them, very knowledgeable and professional. Turnaround time for me is soon because I only have one job but even when I was juggling three jobs, they waited patiently for me to get all my W2s together.
