We were in the triple digits and i woke up to my AC not providing any cool air. Zach came the same day. He had everything he needed in his vehicle and fixed my problem within 45 minutes. I am already cooling down.
All of the technicians were wonderful to work with, especially James Crouch, Jesus Gonzalez, Francisco Alvidred, Bertram Wiggins and Eric Dausman. All the guys and the work performed was excellent and very professional and done timely. We will be glad to refer Alaskan to our friends and family. Thanks. Judy
This company has a great group of people working together as a team. When they say they will call back, they do. When you are given a window of service they are there. If they need more time to the job, they do that. Have questions? Anytime thru out the servicing the tech are patient and willing to explain EVERYTHING! Got a question or problem AFTER they leave?
