Arrived 2 days after I called. No heat. Fixed it in a couple of hours. So far so good! Found it cheaper to buy their one year maintenance warranty and get a discount on labor and parts and supplies than to NOT buy the warranty. Expensive, but mostly due to the cost of the new Freon.
The technician called 30 minutes before his arrival, which was very helpful. He was professional and personable throughout, answered my questions, explained what he was doing and why. It was his second visit; I learn something helpful about my system each time!
We called Air Excellence as soon as their office opened this morning and a technician was sent out today to evaluate our A/C unit which quit working yesterday. Their technician, Jonathan, communicated in an easy to understand way as he performed a thorough evaluation. He was timely, professional, courteous, and thoroughly explained all our options. We feel confident in this company's integrity, and are glad to have found them!
