I liked the new veterinarian and the ladies at the front desk were nice. Only negative the appointment before me apparently was complex and my wait time was 45 minutes. They were apologetic. Also, I was overcharged but they called to let me know.

love the vet and vet techs they’re so sweet and patient with my fear/stranger reactive dogs. my only issue would be with reception most of the time reception is great but lately there seems to be more miscommunication and mistakes happening.

The Acacia staff is outstanding! I was extremely pleased with their professionalism, joy, and care! The technician and doctor were both personable, invested in my doggy's needs with their time and patience, and just made the whole experience of getting a sick doggy some help, a very pleasant thing!
