Worst company to trust with your pool! It turned green 2 times in 2 months, and the second time they said it was an issue with our filter and pump but we had it checked out and that was not the issue at all. They said pay us $250 to fix it but when the other pool company said it wasn’t the filter they had no answer for why they were about to charge us that. And they never accepted responsibility for giving us the wrong information on how to fix it. Very unprofessional company.

Their admitted inexperience in the repairs needed to fix the plumbing leak at the pump ended up costing more than they anticipated so our agreement that I would clean up the mess made when they took it upon themselves to turn the water to the house on while the supply line to the hot water heater was disconnected in exchange for them repairing the leak was billed and when I called Joshua to discuss it he said my cleanup wasn't that much and what he billed was fair and hung up. Don't count on his word, not my fault his workers were novices. He was very nice right up to the time I received a bill he said wasn't coming.

They have recently admitted restructuring and not meeting needs of clients. Credited a month and promises of improvement. Recently, received notice that my pool needed to be drained and power-washed. Just done 2 years ago. When I called the office, I was told it was because of chemical problem. They were in charge of the chemicals??? Oh and by the way, my fee was going up $60/month. I guess when I had a new pool serviceman every month, I should have known there were problems.
