I've been coming here for almost a decade now, back when Dr. Groesbeck was the orthodontist on deck, and the care and service provider here is top tier. The staff is friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable, and it shows. And special shout out to my hygienist, Veronica Ballard, and Dr. Valencia for keeping my teeth in working order all these years!
My experience here started with Karla and Viridiana at the front desk. They were so nice and helpful, they treated me with respect, made the process to get seen and get a plan in place happen quick and easy. They were also accommodating when it came to setting up a payment plan with me. The two women eased my anxiety coming in the door by being kind and funny.
I didn't get the name of the lady who took my imaging, but she also made me laugh the whole appointment, offered a blanket several times because I was so cold. She was gentle and patient while taking the images, as my teeth are so sensitive.
