I had a great experience at Target Optical today as a first time patient. The eye doctor Rachel Smith was quick and thorough and was patient with my wobbly 10 year old. Marie (manager) was super funny and personable, she also willingly answered questions and showed me how the Metas worked. The young woman who helped check me out and fit my son and I, MaKayla was fantastic. She took the time to go over all of the benefits and options with me and was super patient in pricing out múltiple options for my son and I. She was knowledgeable and informative. Great experience overall!

This is the place to go. The front staff was fun and personable. They made you feel welcomed as soon as you arrived. The best part, each one expressed their enjoyment being there. Dr. Rachel was chill and explained everything to help us understand why we were getting the prescription she was recommending. The selection of frames were great as well as affordable. So far, the best optical office we've been to in Surprise.
