We were very satisfied w/ the care from the staff. My only complaint would be the videographer staff should alert family of duplicate copies & remove them & alert family they’ve gone over the limitation so adjustments could be made, thx
We loved working with Marty and Kate. Marty was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I really appreciated his approach and loved that he discreetly gave us time to be alone and discuss our options. The front desk clerk, Kate was also great to work with. She was quick with her communications and made excellent suggestions for our program and website design.The day of services were everything we asked for and the entire process was as pain free as possible. I really couldn’t recommend them enough.
We worked with Surprise Funeral Home (SFH) after my dad passed away suddenly. Our whole family was grieving, and deciding on a funeral home was a matter of the heart. We called SFH a few times with questions, and each time, we were treated with care and had our questions answered. When we visited SFH, we were met with compassionate people who went out of their way to show they cared and wanted to help. We decided to work with SFH and are blessed to have had such a wonderful experience, despite the pain we were going through from losing my dad.
