Owner Jim is knowledgeable, experienced, gives good advice w/ colors and design, best prices in the West Valley. Installers did an amazing job - precise, professional, beautiful workmanship, courteous, good communication. Top drawer experience!

Jim and his team at the store we're very patient, explaining the various types of wood as I was indecisive on which wood to install. As you can see from the pictures below, they did an excellent job! They were very reliable, efficient, and the installation crew were friendly and professional! I highly recommend hiring them for your next project!

Everything about Surprise Flooring was awesome, Jim came out measured and gave us a price $2000 less than another flooring store in Surprise for identical carpet, Jose installed the carpet and it is perfect so happy we chose Surprise Flooring great company highly recommend.
