I can't say enough good things about Surprise Care. It's a family run office with a different approach to healthcare and it's such a refreshing change. They don't go through insurances, instead they have all the prices online and if anything else is needed during the appointment, they explain everything and are up front about the pricing. The providers here truly set the standard of care. First off, I can almost always get a same day or next day appointment. They take their time with every visit, explain everything in detail and make sure I never feel rushed. Highly recommend this location, great place to get your DOT physical! Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Never had any issues with long wait times, I have been in and out quickly every visit.

I love Kalin and Surprise Care. I have been going there for years. If you want someone who will actually listen to your concerns, this is the place to go. I have great ins through my husband's work, but I have their monthly plan because they re just amazing!!!
